Recover Password

If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it.

1. Click Forgot Password? on the login page.
2. Enter your user name in the User Name field.

3. Click Next.

4. Enter the answer to the question.

5. Click Next. The password is sent to the email address associated to the user.

IMPORTANT: If the security question in the Identity Confirmation panel is answered incorrectly five times, the user's account is locked. A domain administrator can unlock the account. See Unlock an Employee in the Designer for 15.7 Guide for more information.
